What a perfectly wonderful idea! I’d be tempted to flambé a Christmas pudding with some of the vodka or use it in a liqueur coffee after a heavy meal.

And of course, you could use it in mincemeat instead of rum or brandy to really push up the flavour.

Hi Nic-I guess you could drink it straight although my husband assures me that it is VERY strong straight I pour it over vanilla ice cream with the drunken fruit. Sure, I’d be happy to share some of my vodka cocktail recipes, I just need to have another dinner party! I haven’t had one in aaages…

I’m kind of fascinated by this! How would you drink it? I’m not a straight vodka drinker (i think it does have a taste!) but i’m not sure what you would mix this with! And please share your vodka cocktail recipes with us all!
