		<description>Made this Saturday night and absolutely loved it. I think the chorizo I used wasn&#039;t garlicky enough, so will add a bit extra next time if I get the same brand chorizo. Was even thinking of adding some chopped semi-dried tomatoes. Had them here and didn&#039;t use, but hubby and I discussed and he thought would be a good idea.
