i went to bill’s in darlinghurst today and what can i say… i LOVED it! i actually wanted to move in there and was so sad when id polished off my plate because i didnt want it to be over! ;D me and my friend shared lots of different things and they were all delicious, especially the hotcakes (with honeycomb butter discs, yum!) and the pavlova. oh. my. god. heavenly! i wish id known about it before, id have gone all the time! will blog about it asap.

I usually go to Woollahra for Bills and always have the hotcakes. I have been missing the honeycomb butter disc as well.

This morning I visited Surry Hills Bills {hey, that rhymes} and the discs are back!

Hi Jessica-That’s great. They are very simply and fresh recipes. I’ve had lunch at Bill’s and the food is very good then too. I’ve tried the Surry Hills one too, I think they all have a slightly different vibe

I’m a big fan of Bill Granger’s food. His recipes is so simple and delicious!

I haven’t got chance to visit Bill’s in Woollahra, only in Darlinghurst so far. It’s sounds a nice place though.

I love his Ricotta Hotcakes and Sweet Corn Fritters. Drools… =D

Oh if I didn’t have the ricotta hotcakes for lunch on the weekend I would so be rushing out there now. YUM!

I find the different locations do the dishes differently – Darlinghurst tends to put the honeycomb butter on top and inbetween the layers … but they are yummy either way, I reckon.
