The cake box was not strong enough for this trip. I’ve asked the staff for another box or plastic carry bag. The young lady who was serving me, was giving me all the excuses not to give either. I’ve spent 5m explaining the need for an additional packing, but I’ve realised I’m wasting my time. I took the cake and left the shop angry… and the rude staff were laughing behind my back at the counter… defiantly lacking customer service training. Would I go back again !!! I bought a medium cake for $42 and was going for a long travel. The cake box was not strong enough for this trip. I’ve asked the staff for another box or plastic carry bag. The selection of goods made me salivate but too early for sweet stuff, so ordered a "quiche" which was actually savoury muffin which was just chopped up shallots in it for $5.90!!! And I thought Muffin Break expensive. I explained to staff that it actually isn't a quiche, and 20 minutes later another woman came in and went through the same thing re quiche! My average muffin and coffee cost $9.70 (my lunch allowance is $10) - staff very friendly to everyone but loud talking over too-loud radio not very relaxing for a coffee stop. But I will go back and try the cakes and most were less expensive than the "muffin".
