I only use Stephanie Alexander&#039;s pizza dough recipe, am too addicted to my kitchenaid dough hook (I hardly ever go out for pizza anymore) and am also a non-driver, which can be pretty inconvenient for a foodie living in Sydney.</description>

I was the same, I lusted after it for years and only got one this last Christmas from my husband. I did add that much colouring, after I made a chess cake where it wasn&#039;t so red, I was too scared to back out and reduce the amount. So it was crazy red, I guess like actual red velvet cloth looks :lol:</description>

A big thank you too for recently posting the recipe for red velvet cupcakes. what perfect timing it was as i received my kitchenaid mixer (after years of lusting after)last week and i christened it on the weekend with a batch of these cupcakes! in the words of joan campbell they were &quot;bloody delicious&quot;. just one thing tho - did you really add 60mls of food colouring to your cupcakes? it seemed like an awful lot so i halved it - turned out a blushing pink colour, quite pretty with the white icing! looking forward to your next update, cheers sallyc</description>
