Hi blythe-Yes there&#039;s no shame in buying a pre cooked chicken. I personally don&#039;t like the smell of raw chicken as it makes me nauseous so I buy it cooked more often that not. Ahh ok, orzo it is!</description>

I love the texture and taste of it though.. and this sounds like a great recipe. Ever since reading a foodie article about a pesto-making family in Italy - I have been buying their pesto - being &#039;Sacla&#039; pesto.. and particularly the Wild Rocket pesto which is still dense in basil.

You could make this recipe with chopped up deli BBQ chicken too I imagine... making it even quicker (though higher fat content.
