They have made a concept like the Lindt cafe and the cafe always seems to be short staffed. One person to run the cafe area is just not efficient. They do make great chocolates but i find that Belle fleur has more original and extrodinary designs. Packaging is a problem at belle fleur and i believe this their weakness that they should address. I find it never satisfies anyway as it either tastes like plastic or if its too sweet, I don't like that either.
