Yes, I had a great time for my Birthday. I wasn’t sure what the restaurant would be like as I hadn’t been there before, although wanted to try something different. The food was delicious & dancing entertaining (Snugglepot turned out to be a natural at Flamenco Dance). I’d like to go back their again.

Hi Tuulikki-I think you were the only one that liked the Bissara dip Snugglepot’s dance was great and it’s true the gorgeous plates did make the dish so much more appealing.

The atmosphere felt almost like being in Spain, only all the vegetarian tapas (I liked the Bissara broadbean dip) where so much better than in Spain where I visited many tapas bars in Sevilla and Malaga and could hardly find any vegetarian tapas! The beautiful Maroccan plate made the vegetarian couscous even more delicious. Snugglepot’s flamenco in her red Spanish looking skirt got as much clapping as the experienced flamenco dancers.

Hi Maria-I have some great foodie friends and family. Actually I have a few groups of people that I go places with, some are more adventurous and forgiving than others and some are vegetarian but they’re all wonderfully foodie and understand my need to photograph everything Even the people I work with understand and at work lunches, I’ve whipped out my camera and they’ve done plate swaps with me!

ROFL Ben Stiller-very true! I never thought of that.

It was a great night out and I have now put some paella pans and moroccan style crockery on my wishlist

Oh and when you visit Sydney Manly isn’t so close to your sister but it is a great trip across the harbour on the ferry though

Wow Lorraine, so many dishes to look at and photograph and try – I’d love that! I’d love the chance to dine out with a bunch of people more often too.. you must have some great foodie friends!

As usual, I’m learning things by coming here. I’d never heard of “B’Stilla” before.. it almost sounds like an abbreviation fof “Ben Stiller”! It looks delicious, but I believe you when you say it confused your palate!

Minted yoghurt.. lemons.. olives, potatoes and couscous.. I just adore these things. Love the look of Moroccan style crockery whenever I see it too. A tasty night out with atmosphere by the looks of it.
