I just love the flavour of butter. It's so hard choosing cakes there, the easiest thing is to just get one of everything but that would be to the bank balance's detriment. I was comforted to see others having the same dilemma when I went in the store last weekend. I usually think of myself as fairly decisive but I'm a dithering fool when I get in there. Yes the professional tins are so sturdy, I have only one professional tin and it's batterproof! They did taste great for a few days afterwards.
