The slightly eccentric eating and cooking adventures of a Sydney girl who loves cakes, cooking, Nigella Lawson and eating. She eats, breathes and dreams food and indeed will never get cable TV as she'd quit working and watch the Food Channel all day long.

Hi! I vote for Catherine from Clever Monkey Studio, not coz it's the 1st one and I didn't bother scrolling down the rest (They are All AWESOME by the way!) but coz I've added curry powder to things like ragouts and salads and they bring an undertones of heat that really spices up the whole dish! So I am most intrigured by Catherine's creative why-didn't-I-think-of-it idea and am gonna go it a go this very weekend! :)

Hi Ben-Sounds like a challenge! I don't know of any aside from the ones posted but some of them do cater for people with allergies and some are low fat and sugar. Best of luck! :)

Hi there. Very lovely round-up of recipes for banana bread (I especially liked your first, the pineapple & curry one, which I must try!) However I have one problem: I need to find a recipe that is low-sugar, low-fat, and that doesn't include an artificial sweetener,whole-wheat flour or rolled-oats. I was hoping I could find one that used apple-sauce, because that is supposed to cut down on the oil without losing the moisture content. Sooo, I am trying to find a recipe that fits my needs before my bananas go beyond "nicely ripe". I am trying to wade through all the recipes you posted, and on the Internet, but no luck so far. Do you know of such a recipe, and if so, can you point me to it? Thank You!
