The slightly eccentric eating, cooking and travel adventures of a Sydney girl who loves cakes, cooking, Nigella Lawson and eating. She eats, breathes and dreams food and indeed will never get cable TV as she'd quit working and watch the Food Channel all day long.

I ated choc crackles as well, but then an older friend taught me a version that is delisious. Mix your rice bubbles with coconut and melted chocolate ( left over easter eggs is a good choice!). I use cadbury and i every one who has tried them loves them!

Beautiful styling on the presentation. Love that teacup. I will have to put these on my "quick list" of treats to make.

Lorraine, I love your site and your recipes! I am an American so there is a lot you write about that is foreign to me - the Honey Joys being one of them. My kids are having a holiday party (or is it "fete"?) at school this week. I am so eager to try these and see the kids' responses :) Thank you! p.s. I made your Pocky Sticks and decorated them last night. Not as beautiful as yours but I was still proud of them :) (do they rhyme with hockey?)
