		<description>Congratulation you are fab!! Ive just baked this lovely cake unfortunately the butter is too thick  couldnt spread very well, and didnt look like yours :( (how can i improve it)but the taste was lovely, light very good otherwise. keep with your hard work.. thanks x</description>

		<description>Hi muddyredheels-Hmm I suppose it was a teeny bit on the dry side come to think of it but the cream really helps in that regard so I didn&#039;t really notice it. If you had it by itself though it wouldn&#039;t have been as nice.</description>

		<description>Hi muddyredheels-I&#039;d definitely recommend putting it in the fridge as there&#039;s so much cream in it. I think that it should be made fresh ideally (it&#039;s like a pavlova so it might go a bit soggy). Hope this helps! :)</description>
