The slightly eccentric eating, cooking and travel adventures of a Sydney girl who loves cakes, cooking, Nigella Lawson and eating. She eats, breathes and dreams food and indeed will never get cable TV as she'd quit working and watch the Food Channel all day long.

Great words on The Master! I am going to have a once in a lifetime opportunity to partake in a hands on workshop with Pierre Herme @ the 6th Annual Starchefs International Chefs Congress on October 2nd, 2011! I am so so lucky, excited, overwhelmed! Words can't describe! Being a pastry chef myself, he has been my idol for years. Wow! I'll report back after and let you know how it went!

Funny! I bought a whole box of the miniature ones. Ate them that afternoon. I like your description of the place, it is true, I felt like people were exhibiting reverence, ordering with hushed voices as if they were intimidated! funny! I love the French appreciation for art and creativity in all venues
