Anyway.. I looked at the blackboard menu to see what I'd pick and I almost went for the chicken tandoori.. but chose the salmon. I was happy that someone chose it so I could see it for myself. Farmed salmon in NSW are fed commercially cought fish and produce less protein than they are fed. In Australia fish meal comes largely from America, transporting the fish meal to AUS is not good for the planet. The health of fish that comes from America is uncertain. Eating wild fish would be better in many ways than eating farmed fish. Great story NQN I'm looking forward to the next one! And if the restaurant has a fireplace, even better. The food is surprisingly good at places like Thredbo (Credo), and Jindabyne has some nice pieshops.
