Just got back from Austria for the Haydn festival 2009.. this soup is SO GOOD! also delicious in a beef broth (Rindsuppe mit frittaten). This and goulash soup I ate to death

I can vouch for this soup. My mother was Austrian and I have relished this soup dish since a child. Excellent, filling, nourishing and very very tasty especially if you add a little Maggi to season it before eating
