Like you, almost had to be carried out on a forklift I was so full! The food was really tasty and the host was very friendly and welcoming. Only disappointment was he didn't have any Banana Pudding that evening,but the Sour Cherry Cobbler was a pretty good second choice. Thanks for the recommendation! Interesting about the catfish. Whenever I’ve seen shows in the South there is a definite mention of catfish so I ought to try that too.
