Hi Sophie-Thanks for dropping by! I think the two shops are related as the chocolatier here studied with Patrick Mertens of Boon! Yes it does seem unlikely but quite cool as we are on the other side of the world

Hello, thanks for the comments on my sophies foodiefiles! You have to know, that I was intreeged by this post! because I am from Hasselt in Belgium where Boon Cholaterie is! I know the Boon chocolaterie & I thought that it had something to do with it! But I thought that it couldn’t be possible bacause it was at the other end of the world! So, in a few years time, when i will be visiting Sydney I will go there to test & taste the lovely pralines..!
