She whips 600 ml of cream with one can of condensed milk and then adds 1 or 2 pureed mangos (you can use canned or frozen). She then lines a rectangle cake tin with whole Malt biscuits (I think they are Arnott's?), spreads the cream mixture over then finishes with another layer of biscuits and freezes the lot until firm. If you get the biscuits in the right position you can then slice between the biscuits and have individual 'icecream' sandwiches.
