I was in the Blue Mountains this weekend and would have loved to try those ricotta hotcakes! I had banana and honeycomb ricotta hotcakes in Glebe on Saturday morning and the orange sounds like a great variation. Thank you for this blog post, I will save Solitary Restaurant for next time. I did however go a little nuts at Moontree candles and am filling the apartment with the beautiful smell of Vanilla bean. Heaven! I was also tempted by some gorgeous side tables and lamps at The Cat's Meow(?) in Leura. We did however walk away with a massive painting though The Blue Mountains is definitely a happy place for me, there is just so much to explore and do. Argh!
