I have wanted to get back to Adriano Zumbo Patissier, Balmain ever since reading this post and today I was driving along Victoria Road and saw my opportunity.  My daughter has been dying to try the caramelised mint and fresh black truffle Creme Brulee that you wrote about.  I asked the girl in the store for a Creme Brulee with truffle because it has been so long since reading the post that I couldn&#039;t remember the exact name.  She said that they only had a regular creme brulee or a &quot;Caramel Mint&quot; Brulee but definitely nothing with truffle.  So, sadly, we still don&#039;t get to try the caramelised mint and fresh black truffle Creme Brulee which, I am sure was the &quot;Caramel Mint&quot; Brulee that she said they had.</description>
