Hi Lorraine,
I have wanted to get back to Adriano Zumbo Patissier, Balmain ever since reading this post and today I was driving along Victoria Road and saw my opportunity. My daughter has been dying to try the caramelised mint and fresh black truffle Creme Brulee that you wrote about. I asked the girl in the store for a Creme Brulee with truffle because it has been so long since reading the post that I couldn’t remember the exact name. She said that they only had a regular creme brulee or a “Caramel Mint” Brulee but definitely nothing with truffle. So, sadly, we still don’t get to try the caramelised mint and fresh black truffle Creme Brulee which, I am sure was the “Caramel Mint” Brulee that she said they had.
