The slightly eccentric eating, cooking and travel adventures of a Sydney girl who loves cakes, cooking, Nigella Lawson and eating. She eats, breathes and dreams food and indeed will never get cable TV as she'd quit working and watch the Food Channel all day long.

Hi Lorraine,
I have wanted to get back to Adriano Zumbo Patissier, Balmain ever since reading this post and today I was driving along Victoria Road and saw my opportunity. My daughter has been dying to try the caramelised mint and fresh black truffle Creme Brulee that you wrote about. I asked the girl in the store for a Creme Brulee with truffle because it has been so long since reading the post that I couldn't remember the exact name. She said that they only had a regular creme brulee or a "Caramel Mint" Brulee but definitely nothing with truffle. So, sadly, we still don't get to try the caramelised mint and fresh black truffle Creme Brulee which, I am sure was the "Caramel Mint" Brulee that she said they had.
