good luck with moving house and renovations – what fun to have the kitchen you want!

and good on you for doing the puff pastry – I made it once in home economics and still am traumatised – it looks wonderful in those apple tarte tatins – have not seen them individual like that before but love them

My goodness you made pastry puffs yourself!! They look better than store bought. as much as i admire these, i would not dare to do this! with the apples they look very very pretty.
