This looks FANTASTIC!! I will need to alter it slightly as my daughter has Celiac’s disease and cannot have gluten (aka the flour) but it will hopefully turn out to look almost as good as yours!!! Thanks!

I know I’m a little late from when you made this post but I made this for my roommates and my boyfriend and they loved it! One of the few times I’ve made a dinner for everyone and there were no leftovers. We now have a favorite stew for the cold winter nights here in Lubbock, Texas.
