I had no baking dish like that, and had to use a normal cake tin -therefore required more cooking time and I also substituted the s.r flour for wholemeal s.r. flour -best idea ever as it kind of made the cake seem like it had coconut in it.. Needed more topping!!! And I also found that when mixing the butter and the sugar initially I totally needed an apron .. i'm going to enter the Jessie Steele comp with this to christen it. Okay, so this was delish.!

Like a lot of people, high school was not a good time for me, so to be honest I have no desire to remind myself of that any time soon. Even when I see some of the girls who made my life so unpleasant I feel myself regressing. Yuck.
