well for some reason it did not work for me, maybe as i used the scales and did 750g…but then made them again and they worked great with 1 cup…
and maria i was not being rude simply asking if it was me or the recipe……

I’m glad the reunion wasn’t that bad after all. I plan my baking at inopportune times a lot, so I feel your pain. These cookies are very cute! I’m glad everyone else left lots of tips b/c my rolled cookie doughs often come out soft, too!

Have you tried rolling the dough on a large silpat mat? I have one that covers half my counter, and it’s great for rolling out dough. It might make your cookies release a little easier after cutting them out.
