The selection is huge and very fresh. You've got to try it Lorraine. My boyfriend and I literally couldn't move afterwards so it was lucky we had a room for the night. I've never seen oysters offered at a buffet. My strategy is to grab my favorite dishes as quick as I can, and eat as much as I can before my stomach realizes it is holding more food it can handle.
