The slightly eccentric eating, cooking and travel adventures of a Sydney girl who loves cakes, cooking, Nigella Lawson and eating. She eats, breathes and dreams food and indeed will never get cable TV as she'd quit working and watch the Food Channel all day long.

The Stepford Wives. It's almost 12am I'm still doing housework. This film gives me hope that one day I can re-program my husband so I can relax and enjoy life a little!

One of my favorite science fiction movies is Idiocracy (2006). A funny (and very very silly) movie about a couple participating in a Pentagon hibernation project and wake up 500 years later only to discover every one on the planet is dumber instead of becoming smarter. They find the amongst other things that the latest WWF wrestling champion is elected the USA president and they are now the smartest people on earth.
Considering Arnold Schwarzenegger is the Governor of California at the moment, I also wonder if this movie could ever come true.

My favourite science fiction film is The Fifth Element (1997 - Bruce Willis, Milla Jovovich). Until now, I still think of the film, because it opens up my eyes (and brain LOL) to new possibilities, PLUS I love the fact that the heroine is an alien (non human) who use her own body to save Earth (she was the Fifth Element!) She did not even know she could do it, until she was loved by the hero...
Anyway to summarise my answer, I love Fifth Element because it shows that other beings (not human) are the saviour, so Human's enemy is not alien.
