But I would rather have chicken roasted with 40 cloves :-) I was no rebel when I was a kid but at 25 I put all my belongings out on the sidewalk (I was living in NYC then), packed 2 suitcases and ran away to Paris. And married a Frenchman. I have always wanted to make this dish but never have. It looks so delicious!
