Win A Double Pass to Willie’s “Golden Ticket” Chocolate Degustation Dinner Worth $440! Ends Tomorrow

I know, sometimes I feel like Willy Wonka myself and get so excited when I see these fantastic prizes! Up for a giveaway today my lovelies is a fabulous prize. As part of Crave, the Sydney food festival, Baroque Bistro (you know the people that hold fantastic macaron making classes) is hosting Willie Harcourt Cooze who is a modern day Willy Wonka and author of  “Willie’s Chocolate Bible”.

The dinner is a five course ‘Golden Ticket’ chocolate degustation dinner with matching wines, held on Wednesday October 5th, 2011 (yes just a few days away so you must enter this weekend!). Sadly I won’t be able to attend but you can instead! And you won’t be eating just regular chocolate-they will be using Willie’s unsweetened, 100% pure cacao products to create a collection of delicate, subtle dishes. There are dishes such as Suckling Pig Presse with Mole Negro, the original savoury cacao dish, using Willie’s 71% Cacao Madagascan Black chocolate. Willie will be there to guide you through a tour of truffles and confectionary too!

The dark chocolate macaron-served at the dinner and also available for sale at Baroque during October

Thanks to Baroque Bistro, one lucky Not Quite Nigella reader will win a double pass to the Willie Golden Ticket chocolate degustation dinner worth $440! For a chance to win all you have to do is tell me what is your favourite chocolate! Simply add your answer as a comment to the story. And as this event is on next week this is a very short competition that runs for a mere 2 days and ends at midnight AEST  tomorrow on the 2nd of October, 2011. You can enter this  competition once daily and it is open to anyone within Australia but transport to and from the event is not included.

***The winner is: Zoe K. of Rushcutters Bay***

Best of luck!

Lots of love,

Lorraine
