What every great business person does is respond to demand. And at Coco Chocolate one of my favourite chocolatiers, they were hearing the customer requests loud and clear. Their clientele wanted no additional sweeteners, vegan and paleo friendly dark chocolate but with great flavours too.
Enter Coco's new 90% range which is vegan, gluten free, 75% organic, no soy lecithin and with no added sweeteners. They now have a permanent range of ten flavours, one drinking chocolate and one seasonal special.
The 10 flavours are:

Aztec - Chilli, Cinnamon and Vanilla
