Hi Lorraine,

I love my Mocha Java. It’s my daily guilty pleasure. As a “junior” housewife, 3 cups a day is a must to get me going so I don’t fall asleep while on the job cleaning the toilet bowl
One sip of that delicious Mocha Java is enough to fire up my senses, dancing to Cha Cha and gyrating to vibrations of volcanoes oozing hot Mocha…
It’s the perfect escapism when stuck with a monotonous (i.e. “boring”) job like mine!

I love a latte in the morning and a flat white coffee in the afternoon. Very occasionally I really enjoy the lift that a sweet black coffee can give. I press my own coffee and much prefer it to a home machine.

I keep it to one cup a day for certain reasons…but oh do i savour that 1 cup. It is how I start my work day. Skim flat white. That’s how I like it.

I recently fell off the coffee-free wagon, after 6 years of sobriety. Easing my way back in with 1 long black a day, trying not to get back to my old habit of 8 espressos a day!

I do a plunger a day.

I drink coffee for the effect, not the taste. Just like I do my booze.

I drink a cheap, dirty dishwater variety. It’s like the goon of the coffee-world. And I’m pretty sure (even though I buy it at the Reject Shop) it still costs about 85 times more than what they pay their Ecuadorian child slaves to harvest it.

P.S. My dumm housemate decided last week that my plunger looked better broken to bits on the kitchen floor, than standing handsome next to the microwave.

And she’s too tight to buy me a new one!! I’m gonna take her hair straightener and throw it over the fence. Friggin skank.

My routine is three, always plunger at home,
The odd espresso in cafes topped with rich foam.
But my preferred coffee isn’t local… It’s ideally IN ROME!!!
