The second one is sitting in the microwave….tempting me haha.
I made these a few years back and they didn’t turn out so well, so I was initally wary when I came across this recipe. But, really good :) thanks!

I have NO problem firing anyone but it has to be done my way. 1 warning and it’s their job to improve. 2nd warning and then if there’s no improvement, it’s me that’s wanting to keep their job, not them. Then it’s you’re out and these are the reasons and I did try to tell you on both occasions. It takes 3 minutes and they’re on their way.

I love your lamb rack! I’m making slow cooked beef cheeks for a cold winter night up here but now I want the lamb.
