My Favourite Russian Cocktail

  • 20ml Russian Standard Platinum

  • 5ml light agave syrup

  • 5ml lemon juice

  • 1 bar spoon rehydrated cranberries*

  • Sparkling wine (not brut, prosecco works well)

Step 1 - Mix first 4 ingredients and then top with sparkling wine. Sit back and swoon.

*For the cranberries: Soak dehydrated cranberries in Russian Standard Platinum for 24 hrs in a sealed container or jar.
