BBQ Bat Wings

3 kgs/6lbs chicken wings

340g/12ozs jar of Bone Suckin' Sauce (if not using this, add 1 tablespoon garlic and 1 tablespoon ginger)

1/4 cup/60ml/2flozs dark soy sauce

4 tablespoons honey
Step 1 - Divide the marinade ingredients into two and mix them together in 2 large ziplock bags. Place 1.5 kilos/3pounds of chicken wings in each ziplock bag and massage the bag so that the marinade coats all of the pieces. Leave to marinate overnight.
Step 2 - Line two baking trays with parchment and preheat oven to 180C/350F. Bake the chicken wings in the sauce for 30 minutes, turning halfway through and glazing the other side. Bake until sticky and cooked through.
