Frankenstein Sandwiches
An Original Recipe by Not Quite Nigella

Makes a dozen sandwiches
- 12 slices of rectangular or square bread
- 1/2 tub of avocado dip
- 150g roast beef, sliced, not shaved
- 3 bocconcini balls, sliced into 12 pieces
- 1/4 cup black olive slices
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Step 1 - Spread each slice of bread with the avocado dip. Cut the roast beef into a rectangular shape and then slice a zig zag pattern in the middle. Place as the "hair".
Step 2 - Place the bocconcini as eyeballs and add sliced olives on the side as the neck "bolts". Spoon the mustard in a small ziplock and snip off the end. Pipe a crooked scar smile and dot the eyes.
