Feta Bruschetta

Feta & Lemon Bruschetta

Preparation time: 3 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Serves: 2

Step 1 - Place the garlic clove in a food processor and chop finely. Add the feta, lemon juice and olive oil and process. You can leave this a bit chunky for texture or blitz it until smooth.

Step 2 - Drizzle some oil on the slices of bread and grill. Top with the feta mix and then grate a little lemon zest on top and add the red pepper flakes.
