2 Minute Mug Pizza!

- 3 tablespoons plain flour
- pinch baking powder
- pinch bi carbonate of soda
- pinch salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1.5 tablespoons tomato pasta sauce
- 1.5 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese
- Sprinkle of oregano
- 1/2 one of those tiny pepperoni sticks (15g/0.5oz. full weight, striker or twiggy ones or whatever will do), sliced
Step 1 - Measure the flour, baking powder, bi-carb and salt and mix well. Add the milk and olive oil and stir with a knife making sure to mix it well (you don't any bits of flour in the corners). Spoon over with the tomato sauce and then scatter cheese over. Add a little sprinkle of oregano on top. Microwave for 1 minute.
Step 2 - Remove from microwave and add the pepperoni pieces on top. Microwave for another 10-20 seconds. Allow to cool for a few minutes before eating (it will be very hot).
