Deliciously Easy Nutty, Crunchy Granola Energy Balls

  • 1.5 cups Be Natural® Coco-Nutty Granola - Coconut, Spelt & Fig
  • 6-7 medjool dates, pits removed
  • 6-7 tablespoons almond or cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional, I preferred these without the chocolate)

Step 1 - Blend the granola, dates, nut butter and chia seeds together in a food processor. Roll into balls and stud with 3-4 chocolate chips per ball.

Acai Berry & Banana Smoothie Bowl

Serves 2

  • 1.5 cups frozen berries
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 1 tablespoon acai berry powder
  • 300ml/10.6fl ozs. coconut water
  • Honey to taste
  • Kiwifruit
  • 2 Strawberries
  • Small handful blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Be Natural® Organics Golden Whole Grain Bites

Step 1 - In a high powered blender, process the berries, banana, acai berry powder with coconut water until smooth. Add honey to taste (unless you like the level of sweetness already). Scoop into a bowl and top with sliced kiwifruit, strawberries, blueberries and Be Natural® Organics Golden Whole Grain Bites.

Mango & Coconut Granola with Coconut Water

  • Be Natural® Coco-Nutty Granola - Coconut, Spelt & Fig
  • 300ml/10.6fl ozs. coconut water
  • Cheek from 1 firm but ripe mango
  • 2 tablespoons crystallised ginger
  • 2 tablespoons dried banana chips
  • A slice of strawberry

Step 1 - Empty a cup or so of Be Natural® Coco-Nutty Granola - Coconut, Spelt & Fig granola into a bowl and top with ginger and banana chips. Slice the skin off the mango with a sharp knife and then cut thinly. Use your hands to make a long line of the mango and shape it into a flower. Lift off surface with an egg flip and place on top. Fill centre with a slice of strawberry and serve with coconut water. You can also make this a bircher muesli by soaking it overnight either with coconut water or coconut water and natural yogurt!

Black Cherry, Goji Berry & Pistachio wholegrain Flakes

Cooking time: 0 minutes

  • Be Natural® 5 Whole Grain Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons dried black cherries
  • 2 tablespoons goji berries
  • 2 tablespoons pistachios

Step 1 - Place the Be Natural® 5 Whole Grain Flakes in a bowl and toss with cherries, goji berries and pistachios.
