Savoury Granola

Cooking time: 12 minutes
- 125g/4ozs. rolled oats
- 100g/3.5ozs. chopped macadamias
- 50g/1.7ozs. pumpkin seeds
- 50g/1.7ozs. sunflower seeds
- 30g/1oz. slivered almonds
- 30g/1oz. sesame seeds
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 3 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 cup fried shallots
Step 1 - Mix the rolled oats, macadamias, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds and sesame seeds. In a small bowl mix the egg white, oil, curry powder, soy sauce, smoked paprika, chilli powder and cumin seeds. Mix together and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Step 2 - Mix with the fried shallots and store in an airtight container.
