Aperol Spritz Granita

Preparation time: 5 minutes plus time to freeze
Cooking time: 0 minutes
- 60ml/2flozs. Aperol
- 90ml/2flozs. orange juice
- 90ml/3flozs. Prosecco
- 30ml/1floz. Soda water
Step 1 - Mix the Aperol, orange juice, Prosecco and soda water. Place into a large metal tray in the freezer and allow to set overnight.
Step 2 - Scrape the ice with a fork to create a delicious icy granita.
