Pimento Cheese Dip

- 200g/7ozs. vintage cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 feta or cream cheese filled peppadews
- 3/4 cup sour cream (full fat)
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped (optional)
Step 1 - Blend all ingredients together until smoothish and serve with crackers.
