Parmesan Herb Dog Biscuits

An Original Recipe by Lorraine Elliott

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

  • 135g/4.8ozs. wholemeal flour
  • 30g/10z. grated parmesan cheese
  • 140mls/5flozs. chicken stock
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh herbs (parsley and rosemary)

Step 1 - Preheat oven to 180C/350F and line two baking trays with parchment. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Roll out on a lightly floured surface until thin (thinner than human cookies is best for smaller dogs, bigger dogs can handle thicker cookies).

Step 2 - Cut out with cutters and lay on the prepared baking trays (they won't spread very much at all). Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crisp (Teddy preferred the smaller, crisper ones).
