Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix

Makes 80g or 2/3 cup of spice mix
- 6 tablespoons/48g ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon/8g ground nutmeg
- 3 teaspoons/7.5g ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons/5g allspice
- 1 teaspoon/2.5g ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon/0.5g white pepper
Step 1 - Whisk all of the spices in a dry bowl with a dry whisk together. Store in an airtight jar for up to 1 year.
