I know I share this cake a lot but it's truly one of my favourites and fantastic for when you want to serve a pavlova but also make it a striking tower of pavlova!
4 - Pandoro Christmas Tree
Ok this is one of my favourite cakes because it's great to have up your sleeve but is SO easy to make so if you've got to make something last minute this is for you! It uses a bought pandoro, pistachio cream and raspberries. Yep just 3 ingredients and that is it!
5 - Charcuterie Chalet
I'm finishing with one of my favourite Christmas "cakes" and this is a savoury cake for all of my fellow savoury tooths out there! This is made with a loaf of bread, dips, cheese and a range of delicious charcuterie! I really want to make this again :)
