This Hellraiser Head is one of the most effective Halloween hospital themed cocktail party foods and is a clever way to present salami sticks! All you need are some Twiggy Sticks and a styrofoam head and some toothpicks. Seriously, it looks like a work of art and the sort of thing that a twisted doctor might have on his or her desk!

Although this baked flayed face looks gruesome it's actually delicious! This Halloween recipe uses spicy beef sausages, pasta sauce, prosciutto with bocconcini and olives for eyes. You will need a skeleton face mask to help shape it but these can be bought at most variety stores for a few dollars.
