1 - Bailey's No Bake Slice
We're starting simple with this no bake slice made with Baileys Irish Cream with a Baileys fondant centre and a chocolate top! It's seriously good and sweet tooths and Baileys fans will love this slice!
2 - Strawberry Icebox Cake
This is a version of a choc ripple cake but made using simple ingredients but it looks like it took a lot of trouble. I won't tell anyone that it took you just 15 minutes to make! ;)
3 - Chocolate Marquesa Cake
This biscuit cake is from Venezuela and is a South American version of the choc ripple cake except the chocolate is in the rich, delicious filling layered with milk dipped Marie cookies!
4 - Mangoes & Cream Vienetta
OK we are getting fancy here but seriously this is totally achievable as it uses a simple ice cream base and is best made ahead of time to give it time to freeze. It looks so impressive though and I'll give you tips on how to get that signature Viennetta swirl pattern on top!
5 - Fig & Pomegranate Cheesecake
This fig and pomegranate cake is an upside‑down, no‑bake cheesecake made with sweet and fresh sliced figs, a pink pomegranate cheesecake filling and sliced figs on the top and sides!
So tell me Dear Reader, which cake would you like to eat the most?
