Oysters With Mignonette Dressing

French Christmas Recipes

This oyster mignonette dressing is the classic condiment for its superb flavour that enhances fresh oysters and was perfect for our French Christmas. This is a great recipe to have up your sleeve. Every year at Christmas there's a bit of a battle of wills to see who eats the most oysters. This year my sister Blythe won.

If you're looking for an alternative oyster dressing try this lime and ginger oyster dressing or these Bloody Mary oysters. Or the classic Tetsuya's oysters with rice wine vinaigrette is always a winner. If you prefer cooked oysters try these Oysters Kilpatrick!
