Lollipop Chicken Wings

Christmas 2013

This lollipop chicken wing recipe is one of my most requested recipes from my mother. Whenever she made these, it would be a great day and when she asked what she could make for Christmas I requested lollipop chicken. They're a cute, cocktail party version of chicken wings. The way that you cut the chicken before frying makes it much easier to nibble on.

Step 3 - Add a beaten egg to the marinated lollipops. Mix well. Roll each lollipop in a zip lock bag of corn-flour. Make sure each piece is fully covered with corn flour.
