Making dalgona coffee in the Thermomix is a cinch - toss in instant coffee, sugar and water and in about a minute and a half you'll have a delicious, velvety froth to spoon over milk.

Preparation time: <1 minute

Cooking time: 1.5 minutes

• 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
• 2 tablespoons caster or superfine sugar
• 2 tablespoons water

Step 1 - Place the butterfly whisk in the Thermomix and add the coffee powder, sugar and water. Set time to 1.5 minutes, temperature to 100C/212F and speed to 3. Place lid on and press start.
