This is probably the most popular beetroot recipe on the blog for good reason. Beetroot jam or relish adds so much flavour to sandwiches or salads or it's also fabulous served with meats too!
There's no more spectacular way to cure salmon than with beetroot! It naturally colours the salmon a vivid pink colour and does it easily with such a tasty result!
Sometimes a dish will turn out so tasty that you can't wait to share it with people. This beetroot and feta slice is one of those recipes. This slice is great for lunchboxes and is delicious warm or cold!
I used to think making tarte tatins was hard but now I love making them once I discovered an easy hack to making them. And they can be savoury as well as sweet. This beetroot tarte tatin is a wonderful treat to serve lunch guests.
I don't know why but these pink pickled eggs bring me SO MUCH JOY. Not only do they taste great but beetroot gives them such a vivid colour on the outside! They will make any salad that much more stunning.
