NGL this was one of my most fun cakes I've ever made because how many times does one person want one cake and the other person another? This chocolate carrot cake combines the best of two worlds. You can enjoy the decadent richness of a classic chocolate cake along with the irresistible moistness of a traditional carrot cake. Go that extra step further and ice half the cake with cream cheese icing and half with a chocolate hazelnut frosting. Now everyone's happy!
