Portland is a neighbourhood city where much of the action are in the five "quadrants" (yes there are five, not four NE, SE, NW, SW and North) the city is split into east and west by the Willamette River and north and south by the Burnside Bridge. Today we venture to the Central South East side, a dynamic and up and coming area to sample what the area has to offer.
